Heatron's foundry is capable of pouring a wide variety of custom Aluminum and Bronze castings for your custom designed cast-in heater. Our sand casting line, gravity tilt pour machines and ISO9001 Registered Quality System ensure your satisfaction.

Sand Mold Casting
Heatron utilizes fine grain sand and no-bake resins to provide excellent sand cast surface finishes.  Dimensional stability of our sand castings is superior to traditional green sand technology.  Sand casting is perfect for prototypes and limited run quantities.  Tooling costs can also be very low.

Permanent Mold Casting
Heatron can design a permanent mold to fit your requirements using the Gravity Tilt Pour production method.  This production method offers lower part costs with higher production quantities. Dimensional stability and surface finish are better with permanent tool castings.

Machining Capabilities
Heatron operates four CNC machining centers to provide our customers with precision machined castings.

Other Options
Heatron can offer coatings and anodization on all castings.  Additionally, Heatron is interested in any type of secondary or assembly work.

Heatron can cast and machine non-ferrous castings for any application where the use of castings would be appropriate.  Utilizing castings can reduce labor and material costs associated with machining and fabricating components using other methods.

Castings poured from A319 and A356 aluminum as well as C87610 Bronze.

Permanent mold castings can be poured up to approximately 20" x 20".  Sand castings with weights up to 100 pounds are possible.  Please contact Heatron with your specific needs.

Castings can be machined on one of Heatron's four CNC Machining centers for consistent, reliable accuracy.  Tolerances of +/-0.001" are available.
