Thick Film Heater

Heatron’s proprietary Elpor^® SS material system is used to manufacture high-performance insulated stainless steel heater circuits and assemblies suitable for the most demanding applications. These robust heaters provide ceramic insulation to surfaces on readily fabricated 300 and 400 series stainless steel sheet substrates. They make ideal solutions for high-temperature, AC line voltage heater, power resistor, and high-temperature circuit applications.

Operating temperatures can be up to 550° C (1022°F). The Elpor® SS dielectric can withstand up to 2.5 to 4+ KVAC depending on construction and design details. Single or double sided circuits are offered.
