Heatron's line of CAST IN heaters, with Aluminum and Bronze industrial heating elements are custom built to meet our customer's needs in a wide variety of applications. Our state of the art foundry, CNC machining centers, and ISO9001 Registered Quality System ensure your satisfaction.


Voltage
Heatron CAST-IN heaters are available for operation with nearly any supply voltage, up to 600VAC. 

Wattage Output
Heatron CAST-IN heaters are capable of delivering high watt densities into your application.

Sensors
Thermowells and other options can be provided for utilization of sensors for heater control.

Leads

  • Heatron CAST-IN heaters are offered with several terminations types, including:
    • Threaded terminal studs
    • Welded flag terminals
    • Plain terminal pins
    • Quick connect spade terminals
    • Lead wire attached directly to the terminal pin

Other Construction Options

  • Tubular heating element sheaths can be Bundy, stainless steel or Incoloy.
  • Aluminum or bronze heated castings can be cast into virtually any shape.
  • Cooling tubes can be formed and cast into heaters.
  • CNC Machining centers can provide a precision machined finish on cast heaters to meet customer specifications.
