Using a thermal management technology, featuring their proprietary ELPOR® coating, Heatron can provide custom designed assemblies, utilizing an automated SMT line and hot bar solder capabilities. This would include placement of LEDs and other electronic components. The ELPOR® system offers the unique capability of printing and laser trimming resistors as part of the LED Light Engine. Custom shapes in steel, aluminum, and ceramic substrates are available.
