Our engineering specialists worked collaboratively with the client to confirm and validate the specific low profile design, and as a result, we were able to successfully reduce the light's profile from 6 inches to 2 inches. This critical design requirement was instrumental in achieving the anti-collision feature the client needed for performance integrity and safety.
With our Elpor® Steel having successfully passed the FAA's demanding physical properties test, our solution featured this technology to provide the needed protective coating critical to increasing the life of the LED light engines.
Creative and collaborative design and technology integration were the ingredients for success in total product development for our client. We helped solve their problem.
