The client needed a partner who had the requisite experience with high powered LED light engine assembly processes. Heatron developed a reliable assembly process that was crucial to meeting the customer's requirements and timeline.

Our experts designed the board layouts using RGB emitters assembled on an aluminum metal core circuit board. The end result, by design and through collaboration, was an entertainment light utilizing high power RGB LEDs encircling a halogen lamp. It happened to be the first in a line of LED products being developed by the client.

Heatron's expertise in high power emitters and surface mount assembly processes were the ingredients for success in total product development for our client. We helped solve their problem.
