New ThermaGuard™
Heatron Introduces New ThermaGuard™ Molded Silicone Sponge
Leavenworth, Kansas – July 12, 2011 – Heatron a leader specialized in custom design and manufacture of heating solutions introduces ThermaGuard™.
Designed in mind for the Semiconductor market ThermaGuard™ can be used on various industries and applications where heated areas are required. ThermaGuard™ will conform easily to complex or irregular shapes.
Due to the complexity of the shapes to be heated sometimes can be a challenge to get the ideal material to provide optimum insulation and is aesthetically pleasing. ThermaGuard™ special material characteristics allow a custom fit and ease of installation. The goal is to maintain the most efficient heating of the component at the same time ensure the heater does not represent a burn hazard. As an example, ThermaGuard™ can conform to several applications where gas lines or fore lines in a variety of diameters need to be heated.
Heatron ThermaGuard™ can operate up to 200 ºC. ThermaGuard™ allows surface temperatures in compliance with SEMI S2 mandates and is also UL® 94 V-0 compliant.
