Assembler
Location: Leavenworth, Kansas
Status: Full-time
Main Responsibilities Various Assembly work such as, but not limited to installing insulated wires into small parts, soldering, cutting and stripping leads, etching circuits, and documenting. Responsible for running machines such as, but not limited to presses, cappers, and etch lines. Must be able to use measuring devices such as, but not limited to calipers, micrometers, hi-pot machines, resistance meters, steel rules, and go-no/go gauges. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be flexible and have the ability to change within a moments notice. Must abide by the company's policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- v Reads and comprehends equipment manuals, shop packets, and Manufacturing Specifications then perform required computations to accurately assemble parts and components.
- v Must be able to use measuring devices such as, but not limited to, calipers, micrometers, steel rules, and pressure gauges.
- v Informs leadership of all maintenance related issues.
- v Document work completed.
- v May require individual to stand or sit for long period of time in a noisy manufacturing environment.
- v Role may require associate to do some small machine maintenance throughout the shift.
- v Duties as assigned.
