Chemical Process Engineer

Location:        Leavenworth, Kansas
Employment Status: Full-time

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the etching, electro-polishing, and passivation processes in a production environment.  Determine necessary process controls to optimize yield and provide repeatable quality.  Monitor processes to minimize waste and assure compliance within permit limits.  Review current procedures to assure safe practices.  Introduce new materials and technologies to improve competitive edge.

Key Qualifications

           Education

           Bachelors degree required in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.  Experience and practical application of Design of Experiments preferred.  Experience with chemical etching process, electro-polish, and passivation processes preferred.

           Experience

           3-5 years of experience
