Quality

Recognition of product Quality and Safety is ever present in all of Heatron's manufacturing and design processes. Heatron's Quality Management System (QMS) is certified and registered by UL DQS Inc. (ISO 9001:2008) and has passed the rigors of the Semiconductor Supplier Quality Assessment (SSQA).

While Heatron is not recognized under other standards, our QMS allows for compliance to most medical, aerospace, automotive, transportation and semiconductor standards.  We have the ability to perform FMEA's, Design review and validation, Process and Product Validation, FAI's and PPAP's to support your product launch and ongoing production.

Agency Approvals

We have the most extensive UL option list in the heater industry.  Many of the same options available under UL are also available under CSA. Heatron also has significant experience with various European and other international Approval Agencies.

To discuss your particular requirements, feel free to consult with our technical staff.  We've been through the UL approval process many times, and the earlier you engage us in your project, the more collaboration we do, the more time and money you'll save in the long run.

Technical Inspection Association

Our Heatflex Silicone rubber heaters and Heatrod Cartridge heaters have TUV approvals under test specifications EN605192-2, EN60335-1/A11 and EN61010-1/A2.   These approvals provide Heatron the option of CE marking its heating elements.
