Conflict Materials

As a leading supplier of electrical heating and custom components to many major manufacturers around the world, Heatron is sensitive to worldwide issues and our corporate responsibilities.

We too are committed to eliminating the use of Conflict Materials/Minerals, as defined in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and will to the best of our ability avoid doing so in our products and processes.

Moreover, in support of the spirit of the law, Heatron will request from its major suppliers confirmation that they provide Heatron only products that are free of Conflict Materials. To the extent we are able to do so, we will not use any suppliers who use any minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in products supplied to Heatron.

Finally, while recognizing that it is not always possible to trace the source of minerals commingled during the processes of manufacturing, Heatron will continue to investigate and comply with the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition’s directives.
