DuPont™ Kapton® Polyimide Film & all-Polyimide Etch Foil Heaters

Ultra Thin. Low Mass. DuPont™ Kapton® Polyimide Film and All-Polyimide flexible etched foil heaters are ideal for applications requiring low outgassing, operating in extreme environments or where space and weight allowances are limited. The material has high dielectric strength and excellent dimensional stability for higher watt density and temperature applications, while providing lower operating costs and increased throughput.

Etched Mica Heaters

Heatron etched mica heaters offer an operating temperature range of -150°C to 500°C. A good choice for larger dimensions, tight traces and high watt density give you a greater level of performance control. Mica heaters are rigid, and have minimal out-gassing after first power up. Mounting holes ensure even application of heat.

Silicone Etch Foil Heaters

Efficient. Reliable. Flexible. Combine the structural stability and flexibility of silicone rubber with the precise heating controls of etched foil, and you get Heatron's silicone etch foil heaters. The high-strength fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber housing can be vulcanized to conform to the contours of diversely shaped parts.
