Heatron's silicone etch foil heaters combine the durability of silicone rubber with the precision of etched foil technology to deliver fast-responding, adaptable, and precisely controlled thermal solutions for custom heating assemblies. Built with fiberglass-reinforced silicone construction, these heaters conform to complex shapes and curved surfaces while providing accurate temperature control and up to twice the watt density of wire wound alternatives.

Heatron's HEATFLEX wire wound heaters combine high-strength fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber with rugged wire wound construction to deliver stable, flexible, and highly reliable thermal performance for custom heating components. Best for high watt density and high flex applications, they resist moisture and chemicals while conforming to irregular shapes and compound curves for consistent, controlled heat where rigid heating elements cannot perform.
